This was a good environment for doing yoga. This is more about getting fit and burning calories. They did have one yoga class called yen that was a relaxing deep stretch, but they only offer that once a week.

Just do it. You won't regret it. Sweat through your clothing and move in ways your body might have never known before. Feel great afterwards, then do it again! Welcoming and helpful people work here

Took the 1 hour power yoga class. Very good and thorough instruction. Not intimidating at all. If you are not familiar with hot yoga this is an excellent deal to try it out. The instructor even emailed me the next day to follow up on my experience. I highly recommend.

Always a wonderful experience and I feel so powerful after class! The studio was nice and clean! Loved all the instructors and great deals they have going on!!! Definitely coming back and taking more classes :)
