Have comfortable shoes and clothing on. You'll be put into a group and then fight against other opponents. It was really fun and a good cardio workout

Good for younger children because it's decently lit and they wear glowing guns and vests. Beware it's loud and often filled with birthday parties, but that's what you would expect from a place like this. Overall this was a fun little thing to do with the kids.
