Very friendly and honest. They will lay out all the costs associated with a repair so there are no hidden fees. While it may be more than you'd like to spend, at least you know what you're getting in to.

The employees were extremely friendly, gave me an accurate estimation of time it would take, I got a free cookie and coffee, and at the end they didn't try to sell me anything more than what I was there for. I was INCREDIBLY impressed!!
