Very nice instructor that that really cares for the people n aren't trying to just get your money. Rates are the most affordable boot camp conditioning class out there.

Excellent class!!! High intensity class leaving you hurting and sore :) She also provides nutritional guidance. Inches will melt right off and she will track your progress by measuring and weighing her clients once a month. :)
