Yoga Sanctuary embodies everything a yoga studio should be. It is a clean, welcoming environment and the instructors are excellent. It is a haven for the seious yoga devotee.

It is a lovely, clean, light filled studio. My instructor (Deborah) was very conscientious and knowledgeable about proper form. And she has a great, fun and encouraging manner. This was by far, my best yoga lesson experience. I wish she taught more daytime level 1 lessons. I'm happy!

Should have bought 10 classes instead of 5. Class was great. Very challenging. Had a good burn the next day. Convenient class times and location
