Love the classes they offered. Helped with staying active. Love they offer a smoothie bar. If I did not move out of state I would've become a permanent member.

The staff is AMAZING!!! hands down, the most friendly down to earth women, very eager to help you in your journey rather it be weight lose, toning, strength training, etc...they are the BEST!!!
