Great B hot yoga! It was a pretty full class, and a bit steamy in the studio on this day, a bit more fresh air always good, but all was nice & sweaty. People at the desk were super friendliy & helpful. Facilities nice & enough space to shower & change.

I've heard stories about bikram yoga but this was an amazing experience. Felt really great after and I'll definitely be going back frequently.

It was amazing. Very hot, very challenging, and very fun. Felt great afterwards. The studio and staff are very nice.

I practiced Bikram Yoga for the first time last night at the Flatiron location. The teacher was great and made you feel comfortable, the staff was super helpful, and the studio overall was nice and cozy. It felt really great to just focus on the breath which allows you to become more present while sweating out all the toxins. Would definitely come back and bring a friend!
