Good teacher, great atmosphere

Do not let student teachers run you class. Slow the yoga poses down.

It should mention clearly the instructor is apprentice in this studio. I figure out she's in their teaching program or something. Seems she's not sure what's doing, and very confusing. Don't recommend if someone's a beginner as you need a good teacher to teach the correct posture and explain.

The instructor was not very accommodating to less knowledgeable students, although the class was listed as "all levels." When students found some moves slightly difficult on their first try, the instructor was almost condescending and not very helpful.
