I did like the hospitality and the comfort of the salon...very nice staff ! Although my hair could have been more colored, because the roots are shade darker than my other hair ! I am wondering if they might do something for me when I am back in New York next month ! should I call and ask them or forget it ....undecided if I would get color again ....I did like blow dry !

Be more attentive to your clients and let them know whenyou are using apprentice for your group clients. We want to feel like we want to be return customers not just a means of creating cash flow
