It's a walk-up building. The Sports Spa is 5 flights up.

The facilities and location aren't great, but that's the trade off for the price. Reformer classes are usually double the price, so if you're on a budget and want to take Pilates on a regular basis, this is a good deal. The results are what matters, and you get a great workout. Emily is my fave instructor. I wish she taught more classes cause I would go more often.

Sign up early for classes because they fill up quick.

The equipment sucked and the instructor was bored and boring.

Classes were not challenging, studio was in need of cleaning and minor repairs and does not match the photos on their website.

Enjoyed my message but Did not like being put in the small room behind the desk, as the masseuse kept moving the table I laid on back and forth to get to my sides and legs. Unprofessional, they should have postponed my massage if there was a class.

The space where my massage was done was shoebox tiny, smaller then a small bathroom it was uncomfortable. It is very hard to make a reservation with a group on must do online and they won't take your call for questions, poor customer service
