Tracie was an excellent instructor. The second class was very fun full of dance and while I appreciate the "gymnastics" part of pole, the time flew in both classes because of it was put together as a routine rather than static movements as I am used to. Recommended.

Fun class. But it would be nice if more direction was given as to "sign in with the doorman" "go to the 8th floor" etc

NY Pole is hands down the BEST and only place to learn pole dancing. Their technique is superb and their instructors are phenomenal.

The class was really great, and I loved learning the technique and stretching really well before we got into all the fancy pole stuff. For beginners, I find it very approachable and encouraging.
