It was very difficult to reach a person initially. An hour before my appt., they called and told me my person called in sick and they were sending someone else about 30 minutes late. Fine. But the person who came must have been the owner's son or something, because he just did a crappy job. I told him the priority, depending on his time: the second bedroom and 1/2 bath, the full bathroom, and if he had time, the floors and surfaces in the kitchen and living room. He spent 15 min in the full bathroom, but didn't even touch the shower (which was my whole motivation for trying this, to be honest). The other stuff he did was okay, but I can do "okay" for free!

I gave my comments in my need for a refund. Not reliable alot of excuses and not professional. The actual one cleaning I did have, was excellent. Shame they can't get it together.
