Very nice location right off the Hudson River. Great for meeting friends or a date night. Only qualm is that it is a bit of a hike if you are taking the subway.

The Happy Hour was a sham - it was for a limited time but they let everyone in almost an hour late because the staff hadn't shown up yet The bar had a very narrow selection (of bottom shelf liquor, of course) The passed hors d'oeuvres amounted to nachos and cheese cubes that were put out on a table every 30 minutes and devoured by everyone within 5 minutes It was chaos, the music was bad, and the staff was rude Needless to say, we wont be returning

Overall it was not a great experience. Starting with the line out the door to get in and ending with your ticket paid for appetizers and snacks and if you wanted something else, you should spend more money. There's more but not enough space.

The wait in the sun was just unbearable. There was not enough food. Only drinks and music were ok, but did not make up for the rest.

Less than what I was expecting and quite disappointing. Program is too informal and not very informative. More structure and more content would have made it more attractive, for starters.

I thought it was a bit of a misrepresentation to advertise this as a wine tasting with a sommelier leading the guests through the wines because the bartender poured the samples and only spoke about the wines if asked. It was definitely more of a club social scene than the wining and dining advertised. Additionally, to say that hors d veours would be served is also a misrepresentation because the chicken fingers and French fries served hardly complimented the wines.

They should not overbook the night so that everyone has a chance to sit. Also the "food" aka chicken fingers and grilled cheese should be served by waiters walking around so that everyone else does not get trampled when one tray comes out to feed 300 people.
