So much fun and the chef was very funny and patient

Great instructor, very fun class the 2 hours went by so quick. The gelato was amazing as well.

What am amazing instructor! I took my friend to this class because he is a cook; I wanted to inspire him to think wider about food and I don't think I've ever seen him smile as much as he did working with our Chef. The chef provided a few moments of his more challenging learners, observable humor of bad choices made by students, and took the time to provide insight on how to fix errors during the making process. Not only did we learn for a little over a $100, we got to carry home more gelato than we could eat. It inspired me to want to take another class with this Chef. (Anna)

I really enjoyed tonight’s class. The host was very nice and patient. The class was small and everyone got the attention they needed. I took home some very delicious cakes and gelato. Definitely recommend to try this class.

Super experience! About 10-12 people in class. Personable instructor led us in the preparation of 4 batches of gelato. We did all the mixing of ingredients and he fed what we prepared into a machine. Out came gelato. We flavored each batch differently and returned home with a pint of each flavor. Interesting and very enjoyable.
