Great job of yoga instruction. Love the warm welcoming and delicious tea you offer. Classes are wonderful and everyone is so friendly.

I enjoying taking classes at the Urban Yoga Foundation. I wish there was an easier way to sign up for classes besides the sign up sheets at the studio; maybe an online sign up sheet.
