Everyone is so full of energy and fun. The gym is very clean and I look forward to taking my classes. Thanks to Lisa and Brenda who make the classes challenging but full of smiles!!! Laura also is a doll at the front desk. Alsways calls everyone by name!!,😊👍

The staff at then nrg lab are amazing and truly inspirational. They are great motivators and excellent teachers. The gym is excellent. The gym is always immaculate and clean. There is so much equipment and it is all basically brand new. There are so many classes to choose from all day long. The gym hours are accomodating to everyone as they have early morning to late evening hours. This gym is not your typical gum and worth checking out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
