There is such a sense of peace when you walk into the studio and head back to the YOGA room The staff are very pleasant and knowledgable I would recommend Gratitude Yoga to everyone

Be prepared to come and "wind down," from your week full of stress! I love the quaint atmosphere, and very knowledgeable personnel. The best yoga experience by far!!!
