I just went to one class and I loooove it! Everyone, is so nice and the workout was great! I’m so glad I got the 15 sessions and I plan to keep going after!

Some people talk about the atmosphere or the experience. Fitness Innovation is for the workout. The true fitness workout. Lonny will keep u going at full speed, no stopping with cardio, kickboxing as well as bag work all while moving fluidly through it. I cannot say enough about this place.

We were welcomed in and made to feel very comfortable as it was our first kick boxing experience. The instructors are attentive and encouraging. The bonus is the other students in the class are friendly and helpful as well. The combination of all of the above create a super positive environment one can look forward to getting a solid workout after a day of work. I highly recommend!

We just had our initial evaluation for my 7 year old son and the owner and her daughter were so very sweet! My son was very comfortable there and super excited to go back for his next class!
