I know this Amazing Spiritual business for so many years, and it's always great! I have had wonderful workshop yesterday, return after two years not having yoga, I feel, like I refresh both, my body and my spirit! Thank you so much to 7.15-8.15 class!!! The Atmosphere, the floating, the people, everything just Terrific!

This was my second time trying yoga. The instructor was very knowledgable and helped me through some of the positions. I felt very comfortable.

The staff and instructors were amazing! They immediately made me feel welcome and after the first class, remembered my name. The classes were hard but so so good! Absolutely recommend Dancing Dogs Yoga!

The owner is personable and very involved not only in her yoga community but in the community at large. Great instructors, good for all levels. Love this place!
