To the esthetics person, my recommendation would be to do a hand and arm massage while the patron has the mask on rather than sitting by and waiting for the mask time to expire. If the spa is going to charge high fees, each technician should give the ultimate service.

I have had many facials and this one was not so special! The tech left the room twice with treatment on my face. I would have preferred more message and special treatment T
