Extremely polite and courteous staff. Very serious about the work they do and they are dedicated to making sure you have a brilliant smile and healthy teeth. They were also wonderful with my son and we even shared the same room. A+++!

Was an all around great experience. Never really cared for the dentist, and it's still not my favorite place, but the environment is relaxing, the people are very nice, service is efficient and done well so when I have to pick a dentist again in the future, I'll be going back there.

I was pleasantly suprised with my experience. I expected to be wisked in and shuffled out the door but that was not the case at all. The staff is welcoming, the facility is homey and comfortable and Dr. Haywood is very personable and professional. As a matter of fact, I am considering switching my preventive care and cleaning needs to his practice. All together a GREAT experience.

Dr. Haywood does not accept any insurance and charges well over the allowed amount given by any insurance so you pay so much more to have his services. If you have anything happen to your teeth while doing the Invisline such as a chipped tooth, cavity fix, or anything else, he charges $95 for a new mold. He'll tell you it's not him its Invisiline but if you get the procedure done in his office, he doesn't charge at all. Also, there's no where in writing about the $95 charge. His office is also bad about getting back to patients in a timely manner. On one occasion I waited 2 1/2 weeks to get a call back and even after I called to check in, had to wait another week! On another occasion I waited only a week. ONLY. And when you do make it into the office, hope he doesn't have an emergency. I waited in the chair for 53 minutes until office staff came in and told me he couldn't see me today...then to find out he wasn't even the one to do the procedure on me, an member of the staff was! So why I waited almost an hour and why I was told he didn't have time for me is baffling.

wasn't to impressed with the whitening and the offer. my teeth only got maybe 2 shades whiter and it doesn't really seem as if the gel works. The office is super nice and I am sure he does excellent work and I would go their for other procedures but I guess I was just a little disappointed with the whitening.
