About Smith Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Although Brazilian jujitsu emphasizes grappling techniques and effective chokeholds, the instructors at Smith Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu also teach their students how to fight on their feet. During each age-appropriate class, the team combines lessons in strikes and blocks with deft grappling maneuvers to arm their students with the tools to take the fight standing up or go to the mat.
