Great class no issues when I got there, was greeted and taken to class! Instructor was great explained class flow, and levels of intensity! A guy made sure my bike was set properly, Looking forward to going again! Great experience would definitely recommend to others!

Very professional setting! Fast paced, great atmosphere! Able to go at your own pace without being pointed out; especially great for beginners! Julie was our instructor and is fun and motivating!

This fitness studio offers a variety of classes. I have enjoyed all of the ones I have taken for the past seven years. The yoga class was great! Stephanie is an excellent instructor.
