About Academy Fitness

Although members are free to use any of the Precor, Life Fitness, and Hammer Strength fitness machines that permeate Performant Fitness's facility, they don't have to work out aimlessly. That's because the professional trainers meet one-on-one with clients to formulate a workout plan based on their personal strengths, weaknesses, and fitness goals. These consultations precede fitness classes, such as Zumba and boot camps, as well as personal-training regimens.
