This is a one year late review but it is never too late. It was the first time for me to try Yoga and i instantly fell in love with it. They adjust the temperature of the room and the music as well as the smell of the room. They are so informative and professional, also they have a variety of classes and time slots. Also you can find a lot of locations wherever you arr.

I love to go there. The employee are very friendly and kind. The yoga sculpt classes are a amazing full body program. Park Meadow and Parker Studios are very clean.

CorePower is an AMAZING workout with a variety of class types that provide whole-body cross training. It fully supports listening to what your body needs for the day (toning, cardio, flow, restorative stretch, meditation, etc.), and offering a class to meet that need.
