I thought the wings were delicious as did my son, the only complaint I have is that the man working there(who was very nice) was very stingy with the napkins!!LOL!! Seriously we were eating barbecue wings with our hands and we got like 2 flimsy napkins and had to ask for paper towels to clean my son up,lol,hilarious...You can get 100 napkins at stop n shop for $2.99,do it !! thanks for the great wings...

Try leaving the chicken wings exposed in your refrigerator overnight prior to deep frying. The next morning have wings out at room temperature for an hour prior to frying. Keep a "conveyor belt" type system ready. Meaning one batch out for an hour, As soon as one hour passes and your close to using up that first batch, then pull a second batch out for an hour prior to cooking. (always keep them EXTREMELY DRY) Deep fry in hot oil at 350 degrees. If you did what I said and put them in at room temperature, the cooking process will be shorter. The dryness makes the skin very crispy. After several minutes, pull one out and see if the juices run clear. If yes. They're done. Pull them out & sauce.
