Some supposed-to-be-warm dishes were served a little cool, otherwise it was very pleasant at Calilou. I really think the spices or seasonings could be "amped up" a bit to where more of the tapas would become something special. As it is, most items are a little humdrum. I want this cool hangout to become more fabulous!
