Lovely experience

Not only was it extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, when I finally got one scheduled and arrived for it, the store wasn't even open! I called and called and no one was in, even though the sign said open. This was a Tuesday. I ended up going to another salon for a mani-pedi that day, and a customer in the salon there told me this is a common occurrence...that the owner may simply not show up to open shop. I never got a call back after leaving messages, either. Pity.
