Sarah was great! It has been a while since I had a facial and I felt so relaxed, especially during the hand and foot massage. It was a very enjoyable experience.

The service experience was very nice. The facility is beautiful, comfortable, and clean - the perfect relaxing atmosphere. But - I didn't see any change or improvement in my skin after the facial, so will not be back again.

Nice ambiance. Great effort from my facial lady. Overall facial procedure good, but not great. Reason (subjective): I sensed a lack of confidence (maybe because alone with a 38 year old man in a small space?): her sweaty palms, just felt overall nervousness on her part, language, f.e, "... oh, it's just (lotion), uhhh (hesitation) for..." So, my dear facial lady, you were very nice, but inconfident. I would recommend for others to try, just didn't workout for me. Good luck
