With a tight budget...I need to watch prices and do watch for coupons. The price is a little high.

They did a great job, and were very helpful!

I was able to stay in my car, they gave me a newspaper, a soda and had a TV at my window so I could watch the football game! I also liked the fact they called out each task and another employe answered. That made me comfortable because one time at Jiffy Lube they forgot to put the brake fluid cap back on and I lost my brakes!

Well...the pace is a bit frenetic. They give you a paper and drink, and basically, I think you are supposed to relax while they do their job. However, between them having you start/stop motor, and you having to listen for those requests over all the yelling of status and associated confirmation, while they do a quick job, it's not a "pleasant" experience. Add another car in the bay next to you, and its a madhouse. How about using wireless headsets so they don't have to yell?

Friendly employees and excellent service!

They are more expensive than going to a national chain like Jiffy Lube, or similar, but they are a locally-owned company, with just two stores. They also do a very good job, and are up-front with everything they are doing, including having cameras so you can watch the guys work.
