They are very friendly, and helpful with the process. They supply everything that is needed to do the job. Our dog felt and smelled wonderful after it was done. I would recommend them highly.

You need to not water down the shampoo and conditioner so badly. It takes a lot more work to wash my dog (long hair....but not real long ..she's a yellow lab) because I couldn't get any soap on all her hair because the shampoo was soooooo watered down....same with the conditioner. I'm thinking I'm not going to go back, however you were very helpful and responsive to my request for more...that is nice, but doesn't cure all the bending down time because of the shampooe issue. Just fix it.
