A very intense workout class that gets the job done! I found a few of the instructors to be a little cold and stand-offish but I loved Nikki and Jessica!

This was a great value for 5 very tough workouts. They’re all a combo of weights and treadmill, and they were all challenging. The gym itself is no frills (more CrossFit box than boutique studio), but the equipment you need is there. If you’ve been looking for a new challenge or want to test yourself, give this a shot! I was thinking my workouts lately had been tough and then this slayed me.

Great workout, clean place, wish there were more classes on the weekends but I will def be back. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a tough workout.
