Make sure that all you offer is out in the open. Did not like finding out about additional expenses after booking appointment. Also. learned that it was just a ploy to sell product accordinig to one of the employees. Very Disappointed

Please focus on the positive and say what you MEAN. Its tiresome to be told repeatedly, "We're mostly booked up now." When you could just tell me the next time available. Its a business, right? Probably better to encourage people's business.
