I’m 43 and haven’t worked out in a long time. This class was challenging, but I didn’t feel like a weakling when I couldn’t do stuff. The teachers and other ladies in the class were very friendly.

The instructor and the receptionist were really seeet and made sure I was comfortable with how the classes run. It was super challenging and a lot of fun!

Having recently had a total hip replacement, I was so impressed with the knowledge of Meghan, the instructor. She clearly understands physiology and how to modify movements. Very reasssuring and encouraging.
It was my first class in Barre - what a great way to start this next journey. Excellent!

Loved going to the pure barre class. Lorraine was my instructor and she was great! Definitely will enjoy these classes.
