It wasn't very clear on where to catch the bus to start the tour. We finally noticed one of their buses & tried to follow were it went to locate where it started.

Taking a tour of the City I've lived in most of my life was awesome, learned some great historical facts that I was unaware of. Beautiful day driving around the City and acting like a tourist.

Staff were very polite and helpful. There was a long wait for the connection at Bayside Park to come in and or leave. The audible information was not in sync with where the bus was.

I wish they could tell you where to park your car that was doesn't cost a fortune when I called.
When riding the bus a girl told us where to park for $5 for all day at one of the stops. We paid $16 for 4 hours so we didn't take both bus lines.

Great visibility from the open top bus. Although it started to rain & they had to pull the top closed, you still have the sides open so you aren't looking/taking pictures thru windows. Interesting historical information shared by our drivers as well. If you want to see Miami from the comfort of an open air bus, have someone else drive so you can actually see everything and learn about how Miami became what it is today, this is the trip for you!! It was absolutely worth the money.
