Alina was my stylist and Jess did my nails. Had a great time. Everyone was very friendly and my hair plus nails look fantastic! :) I visited right before a trip and we all know how important those visits are. I left 100% satisfied. Very happy! :) Jacky

Waited over an hour for my appointment, no call to tell me they wrte running late. Had to sit there while I had a busy day. No real appology for beeing so behind. Was there for almost 4 hours for a mani-pedi. manicure chair wrong height for manicure table

Three of us went and although the salon owner gave a good enough mani-pedi the second salon worker who gave two of the mani-pedis was awful. Probably never going back. Sad because I live in the area and was hopeful it would be good. Maybe for other services -- go elsewhere for nails!

She CUT MY BIG TOE! She couldn't get it to stop bleeding for almost an hour! (I'm not diabetic.) She cut the cuticle on my fingernail too close also, tho it did not bleed. But it hurt for days. I was there from 1:30 (my app't. time) 'til 4:30. She only put on ONE layer of color because she "didn't have time to do two" because I had to be somewhere at 5 PM. THREE HOURS!
