Loved ADELA! She was a wonderful, professional manicurist with consummate attention to detail. I LOVED my Mani/Pedi! Bright and cheery Salon, easy to get to. Owner present and friendly.
Pleasurable expeience! Thanks!
The staff was friendly and very professional. They were very helpful and instructive. I intend to be a regular customer of theirs!!! Good job - my nails and toes are very very happy!
Very poor costumer service!
Poor customer service
Small, outdated salon.
It was very uncomfortable. The nail tech kept complaining that she had to leave at 5pm even though I paid for a 70min french mani-pedi scheduled at 4:30pm. Then I was left by myself for my nails to dry as she scurried out. The nail polish chipped off the next day. Will never go back.
It was a very stressful environment. Very loud talking from the hairdresser, overwhelming....Manager (owner) was angry on the phone to a client and seemed angry in the shop to his employees. It was unpleasant. Worst of all, the nail polish used didn't dry even after 1/2 hour. 4 hours later it was still wet. I don't know if it is the nail polish or that they do not use a quick dry polish. I was very happy with the girl who did my mani pedi, she was extremely nice and good at her job.
I purchased 3 sessions but would like a refund for the other two. I would rather pay a little more and be in a nicer environment without the stress.
The salon has a lot of potential but not exactly there yet. I think that for the service a manicure and pedicure is over priced. If it was usually a better price (like 25 for a mani-pedi), then I couldn't complain. The place is very small, I went in to get my nails done and there was hardly a selection of colors. They were slightly disorganized, the person who started my nails stopped mid-way to complete a pedicure for someone else and then someone else picked up and finished. I thought it was rude. Another person came in with an appointment at 2:30 but I was already seated, I also had an appointment at 2:00 so they had mismanaged the appointments. Then they came over to tell me that my manicurist was going to step away to quickly do someone's eyebrows! Fortunately that person arrived after I was done. There was no area to dry my nails, and only one pedicure chair that was broken down. The one redeeming factor is that the people were very nice, offered me water and magazines and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. In the end, I was happy with how my nails came out, but I don't know if it is worth going back.
the owner was kind of rude and they only have one chair to do the pedicures so you have to wait a long time also this spa was kinda dirty but the lady that did my nails was very nice
