when someone has an appointment and then there is someone who shows up late the appointment should be honored and the person who was late should have to wait and get there service in between. If someone is late the person with an appointment should not be penalized. The late person should

Must get staff who are bilingual. A client walked in for an appointment and wanted to have an additional service. The employee could barely communicate with client because the employee's english was _extremely_ limited.

there are only 2 ladies working and a 3rd one that does the scheduling, so people were backed up, and i ended up being an hour late from my lunch break at work
