Arranging an appointment was very time consuming and it took three months to get an appointment. I can accept waiting that long since they apparently were very busy because of the special. However, it took four followups to arrange the appointment. I'm too busy to spend that much time to arrange an appointment.

The place was very clean, very tastefully decorated, it was peaceful and relaxing and Trevon gave me a great massage. They were very accommodating in scheduling me and just as accommodating when I needed to reschedule
