Amazing! I’ve always had a hard time at gyms, for the simple reason that I don’t know what I am doing... all of the trainers at Aether have been so friendly and helpful! From the day I first walked in I felt like I was actually part of a team, a team that has pushed me to complete all the tasks that have been given to me! I feel great 1 week in, and I plan on signing up long term!

So so happy that they take the time to make sure you have foundations down and are moving correctly before just throwing you in a class!! The owner is awesome!!

Crossfit Aether is an awesome gym! They really take the time to teach you make sure you are doing things right, which was important to me because I am new to Crossfit. They also have a really friendly culture at this gym with everyone who works out there.

I had a great experience here! The coach was all about proper form, which I really appreciated because as much as I want to get fit I also don't want to get injured. I'm excited to see what results the next 6 weeks brings!

This is probably the best gym I have been too! They don't pressure your into doing something you know you can't do! They work on technique and then add weights which is awesome! Matt and every other coach in the Box is amazing!!!
