Absolutely wonderful! So much fun, very relaxed and supportive environment. I am not a small person but I was completely comfortable throwing on my short shorts and doing my best! Would recommend everyone try it!

I loved it so much that I bought a year unlimited membership! Wonderful people ad instructors that are amazing with beginners and advanced people! great workout for all ages, sizes, and schedules.

The aerial silks class was so fun and challenging. Emily is a great teacher! It's an open warehouse so you can see the other classes going on at the same time which is really cool but a little distracting st the same time.
