I love you guys! I wish you had a class between 6am and 9am on the week days. Or maybe a class at 4:00 or 4:30 for people who work 7-3. Thanks for all that you do! I love when you tell stories during the exercises so that we don't think about the pain haha.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ... I am so glad I purchased this class, I had been stuck in a rut, lost my mojo BUT this class has helped me find it again and get ready for some fitness challenges I have coming up
