Not a great experience. Extremely long lines, no cups for the wine tasting events. Not worth the money!
It was horrible. There were so many people there. The lines were so long that we had to wait 5-10 minutes for tasting of wine, and the lines for the food was so long that we had to wait over 20 minutes just to try something. I spent $80 on this event for my husband and I to attend and we left, because we were hungry and didn't want to wait in the lines. It was so not classy. We want our money back.
Low scale event
Very disappointed with this experience! The location changed 3 times, which the last change was the day before the event. There was a limited amount of venders, maybe a total of 5 that featured food. The only live music was a karaoke stage. There was no car show, which was advertised there would be. And there was absolutely no order or organization to the entire event!!!! There were mile longs lines that lead to the limited amount of venders, and at the same time 50% of the guests just walked up to the front of the lines and jumped right in to get their tastings. Nobody knew what was going on! I will never return to that event again!
Disorganized event was very very disappointed. I would not recommend this event to anyone. They ran out of wine way before it was suppose to end. Additionally, there was only food from two places (not as advertised) and the line was extremely long to enjoy any food.
I was thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. The venue changed twice before the event date, none of the advertised sponsors were in attendance, vendors didn't educate guests on food & wine pairings, not all vendors samplings fully prepared at 7:00 pm for V.I.P. guests, no dress code advertised/ enforced, inadequate seating. The courteous thing to do is refund my money as nothing about this event reflected a "V.I.P." experience.
The event, which included wine and food samples, said from 8-11 pm and they stopped serving at 9:30. Very disappointing.
This event was totally disorganized upon arrival, not knowing where to go to checkin and with no one to help. Signage would've been helpful. We stood in line to get food and drink for almost and hour and a half with people constantly cutting in line. Then there were only samples of food from 3 restaurants in a small tent - not 20 restaurants as advertised. In addition, I don't understand why the venue required "elegant and classy" dress when all we did was stand in line outside. The constant venue changes were also a problem, with the final venue being changed the day before the event. Overall, this was extremely disorganized and not at all what we expected. Very disappointing.
First the venue changed locations and vendors. There was a limited selection of wine. every line was a minimum 50 people deep. I have been to many wine/food tasting and this ranked at the very bottom of the list. my group bought alcohol at the bar inside...it was the only station without a line. The discounted price of $39.00 waste a waste of money. I had two samples of food (the tuna and seafood was the highlight of the night) and not enough wine to fill a glass (in total). Everyone was upset so the only conversation was complaining about the event. passing out future events like Peruvian was a mistake, we were think of going but will skip it!
I can't believe i the disorganization, the lines for less than an ounce of wine in a plastic cup. I was in line for over 45 min to get in. 1st plastic cup of wine line 35 minutes and stood in line for a taste of food for 40 minutes. Got half way to the food station and left. Went to dinner and a full bottle of wine. Would love to get my money back. Terrible
