Go to the website and read up on what to expect, then go! I didn't feel like there was competition or who looks best vibe. Went to the "get comfortable with the machines" the first day then class the next. Regular people, trying to get healthy and strong and VERY good instructors! So happy I chose Club Pilates!!

Don't plan a golf tournament the day after. Your abs and obliques won't let you get a good turn without screaming "ouch". A great workout!
