Amazing teacher, Jennifer and workout my body on a wonderful mega reformer... wow... feel my muscles today. Loved it and going back for more & taking hubby & friends too... safe, clean and quality instruction from Sweat House!

This place is awesome! The instructors were great and helpful; even the students were welcoming. They made the classes less intimidating (I'm new at this). Even their merchandise are cool!

I was a little apprehensive when I signed up, I am not the most physically fit person, and was recovering from a pelvic fracture, but decided to go for it. It is the most difficult but most addictive thing I have ever done. I love it! All of the instructors are fabulous and I have never felt out of place. It is 50 minutes of fabulousness!
