Trying this class for the first time was a bit intimidating but the instructor made us feel comfortable and took us through the steps patiently. She moved forward at the same pace in which we were learning so we weren't doing the same moved repeatedly even after we had learned it.
The only recommendation I would have for people trying it for the first time, is to call and make a reservation well in advance.
