Very friendly, encouraging environment. You never feel out of place or intimidated with more experienced Yogies. Everyone works at their own level. Love the heat too. After the work out you come out feeling really good.

Great class. I did the Bikram Yoga 60. Fun and not too difficult. The instructor was very kind.
