They need to provide better directions to their location. Square one is huge with many parking garage entrances and only 1 of them says anything about car detailing. Then there are car wash signs that abruptly stop on P2 without leading you down to P3 where the car wash is located.

This is not a good place for car cleaning. They do the work in the underground of square one. They can't even see any of the areas that need cleaning and they have below par customer service. Brought two cars and both were barely cleaned.

Did a mediocre job and forgot to put my mats back. Drove back and took awhile to relocate them. I bought the package for 3 washes, used 2 cause it wasn't worth my while to come back.

I found that the service was sloppy. The windows still had streak marks on them. There was black stains on my passenger seats in the rear of the vehicle and the trunk was not vacuum cleaned as promised (i know this because there was glitter spilled and it was stilled there when i picked up my vehicle). Car Wash at Square One provides the bare minimum and poor quality service.
