Nice atmosphere, classy ,good work-out, friendly, no judge zone, lots of fun for one, for couples , or groups/party's. A+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️given!

I absolutely love it! I didn't think I would, but everyone is so encouraging and supports each other! The coaches help, support and encourage everyone. They modify excircises as needed for individuals, but encourage you to push yourself to your limit! This place is peaceful, friendly,enjoyable, energetic, and just feels right! The pole classes are edgy, sexy, sensual, and classy!

I liked it, but it would be nice if they limited the class to the number of poles. I've taken a class where we had to share, which is not a big deal, it just limits your time on the pole. Then I took another class another night where we didn't have to share poles and it was amazing!
