The class and atmosphere is intimidating. I feel lost in the class and feel like I dont know how to do any of the exercises, however the instructors are helpful and will show you how to do it all. I would love to keep going but again the atmosphere makes me feel out of place and uncomfortable.

This is a great workout and I would encourage anyone to try it out as opposed to traditional weight lifting / cardio work.
